Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Bialecki is an amazing doctor. He listens well and discusses everything thoroughly. He truly cares about his patients. This is why I followed him here from North County even though it’s so much further from me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. It all went well in a timely manner with follow up planned and scheduled.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was really scared coming in because Ive never been to a GI before. I’m in my early 20s so going to the doctor alone is still kind of new and scary for me. Although I felt a little clueless walking in, the staff was super kind and helpful. I left feeling like the worries I had coming in were for nothing.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Bialecki is a wonderful doc. My visit was informative. He really listened and talked TO me not at me. He made me extremely comfortable in asking him anything. I hope he stays at this location. It is convenient for me for where I live.

Staff and Dr Bilicki were extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable being a new patient.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The dr was late. I was finished rooming at 8:12 and he wasnt there for an 8AM appt. All the dr wanted to discuss was my up to date colonoscopy and endoscopy. He had no idea what my diagnosis was or the medications I am taking. I will not schedule a follow up with this provider.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
First time in a long time that a Dr. didn't ask "Why are you here today or what's going on. Dr.Bialecki came in and talked about the mri results and the colonoscopy polyp still there. I was very impressed that he had looked at the results before my appointment and listened and ask revelant questions. High praise to his work ethic.

Dr. Bialecki is very knowledgeable about my medical history. He was patient with me and professional. We came up with a treatment plan that works for me.
