He had to be prepared to view my previous hx & that is complicated & complex, he listened & examined me thoroughly & took into acct my difficulties. It was very difficult with my concussive, cognitive deficits, at time. I needed the help of nursing at times,, very compassionate was Linda, supervisor in dept. I worked hard to prepare for appt., but I fell short, in being as prepared as I would have been had I not had the cognitive & equilibrium issues that will subside with time. Definitely again he met beyond expectations

This was my first visit with Dr. B. Rukmaiah. Other than the language barrier I was very pleased with him.

My appt was originally for chronic insomnia, but prior to that, I suffered a concussion & left eye vision deterioration. Dr B graciously took additional time to examine me for both. His medical assistant took quite a lot of time with me as well. His cheery demeanor & humble encouragement make him a valuable asset to Loyola.

Sometimes personalities just don't align. Dr. Rukmaiah struck me as a very kind, even sweet individual. I even liked him, as an individual. It's simply that I couldn't navigate a medical relationship with him, which was the point of the encounter. Thank you for asking.

He went through all my medications eliminated ones that were out of date talk to me about past sleep studies went over my brain surgeries I will probably be seeing him an additional time a good Loyola staff member
