I thought the doctor was very warm, looked at my medical records and suggested a few things. The staff was wonderful and I would always recommend this doctor and of course Virtua Family Practice. Thank you.

Dr. Patel is a beautiful doctor. She's just a wonderful, I just can't express how much of a wonderful person she is. And all the Virtual team are wonderful and beautiful and caring people. Dr Bhavika Patel is the best. I met her in 2014 while she was treating my mother. She showed my mother such care and empathy. She helped my mom live to 94! I appreciate how knowledgeable, kind and caring she is in my treatment. I know I am in good hands with her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Patel is very genuine, compassionate, and very thorough, and her medical assistant was very nice and hands on as well, they made my experience very welcoming and fun I'm glad she's my new primary care doctor I made a great decision in choosing Dr. Patel

I could hear the another appointment through the walls!! I heard every word of someone else appointment. This feels like a HIPPA violation! Need sound proofing panels or something to protect people's privacy, I felt bad I could hear all about the man's health concerns and then felt self conscious talking about mine when my doctor came back in. Please, please address this! Practice was great otherwise.

Dr. Bhavika Patel is the best. She's very patient. She takes the time with me, is very informative, and gives me feedback as to things that I can do and we plan my care. And so far, everything is going well. So there's not anything I think you can improve, but I'm getting better with the telehealth prompts.

I was insulted by Dr . I repeatedly asked for Advair since when I have an upper respiratory virus my asthma raises its ugly head and it is the only thing that gets it in line. She dismissed me twice saying this medicine is more expensive. I have no financial limitations but she assumed since I wasn't a Dr I did. 5 days later I am still suffering.

A third-year female medical student also evaluated me, prior to my meeting with Dr. Patel that morning, and she was very competent with an excellent bedside manner.

The girl or woman who was at the desk for checkout is anything but nice. She seemed to be bored with her job. She displayed the same thing as a person greeting a new patient or a patient walking into the office for an appointment. That's all I have to say. I don't know her name.

Felt more like an interrogation than an exam..I felt uncomfortable with the doctor and the tension at the office... listening, partnering, and respecting were lacking.... hope this helps to make a positive difference in the level of healthcare

First time, new patient. Dr Patel knew my medical history and was prepared to discuss my concerns. Good listener! Office was organized and efficient. Nurse was thorough. I was very comfortable and appreciate Dr Patel's professionalism.

Everyone treated me courteously, listened to everything that I said, and was extremely helpful. And Bhavika feels comfortable, and I'm very happy that she is my provider. She's very caring and goes over everything very carefully with me.

I absolutely was 100% happy with the doctor that I had my annual with. I thought she was very thorough. She was proactive, very professional, seemed to take a big interest, and answered all of my questions. I would give her a high recommendation. And I'm excited to have her as my primary doctor now.

Dr. Patel is very understanding. She listens. She also coordinates with the other doctors. I'm seeing other virtual doctors and they are literally communicating with each other with my health needs and it's very much appreciated. She's an excellent doctor and we appreciate her very much.

I did not like that. I went in for a sick visit and this doctor was going over everything but changing my medication around when she wasn't even my primary doctor and I was not even there for a well visit. I was there for a sick visit.

I felt Dr. Patel put in time and effort into reviewing my chart before coming to sit with me. It was our first time meeting and she went through like scanned over my whole history. So it was easier to have a conversation with her. She pointed out things that I felt other medical providers never took the time to like really go over and explain with me. And she was just warm and like she had great customer service skills. And I feel that's something that's very important because a lot of physicians tend not to have like that. They're great at their job and what they do, they just don't have that, like, you know, they're missing that piece. So I felt Dr. Patel was, she was great. And if I had to return and come back to see anyone, it would be her or Dr.
