The doctor always will get 100 stars. Some front desk staff still needs improvement (being more friendly with a smile) . I prefer the front desk staff that Virtua had in the past. Every time I go in there , there is new staff( definitely not sociable). The doctor is great though. If it wasn't for the doctor being great in what he does and knowledge, I would have gone to another clinic. The staff ( except the doctors) don't make you feel welcome. Why did they get rid of the old staff?

Virtua is an excellent experience while you are at the end of pain and also getting educated of how to prevent such incident in future along with a friendly guide & knowledge sharing with Dr. Bhavesh Patel and other healthcare professionals team of Virtua Healthcare organization.

The staff was very nice, nicely and nice talking to me, and especially Dr. Patel. I like the way he treats me. So he take time, explain everything to me, very nice. So I will appreciate Dr. Patel and the staff also. So they are fast star. Thank you.

I was seen in a timely manner and well before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Patel went over the results of tests done and explained everything to me in detail which eased my anxiety about some of the results.

Yes, hello. I'm a patient of Dr. Patel. He is the best. He is really, really good. He's thorough. He asks a lot of questions. He checks your history. He just goes up and above for his patients. He really does. And I would always want him and I would definitely recommend family members or friends to see him. I had an appointment at 1.40pm and I arrived at 1.43pm. I signed my name as I arrived I was waiting to be called. Unfortunately no one called me later on I came to know that the front desk did not sign me up in the system until 2.30pm. I already informed Dr. Patel that I'm not sure if he speaks to them. My humble question is why I was signed in at 2.30 almost 50 minutes after I arrived. I do want clarification, why I wasn't treated like everyone else.

My doctor is a wonderful doctor. The staff is so wonderful. Very respectful and loyalty. I have no problem with them. The front desk receptionist, they're sweet to me when I come there. I have no problem.

Aside from the treatment, I was very dissatisfied with the call back option when you try to make an appointment. I was, supposedly, put in a call back option, and never got a call back! I had to call 3 times to get needed treatment!! Days later!! Nevertheless to say, fix it! Because, if you don't, you will be in court. FYI!
