I usually have trouble opening up to new doctors but RGH has had the best doctors, nurses and staff hands down. I love the atmosphere at appointments. I love the extreme cleanliness of all facility. I always recommend them to everyone I meet. I miss my therapist Charlene Beck very much but I trust RGH will find another gem like her, thus I’ll be a patient until the Lord takes me home one day. Thanks guys your establishment is the best overall medical treatment I’ve ever had. Us patients are lucky to have such dedicated and caring and skilled medical professionals taking care of us!!! Yall rock! Keep up the good work because no one does it better in all of Clovis & Portales

Even if I wasn’t going for my sickness that day,she took her time to explain how to take care of myself. I appreciate everything she does. I’m very glad I chose her to be my doctor. I want to thank all the staff for their friendliness.

My concerns are always addressed and I feel very confident in her health care abilities. It’s important for me to have a care giver I can trust and I trust Beverly Shields to give her best in my health care journey.

When I called to make an appt I was told there was not any available. I asked her to contact Beverly since she had told me she would try to see me. Beverly was able to see me at 1:00, which was very lucky for me. I had been really sick since the day before. She gave me a shot & I went home. The next day I lost my balance & fell & could not get up. I called & told them what hapened. Beverly told me to go to the ER which I did last night.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Everything went as it should. They performed Xrays & CT scans. It seemed like the wait was excessive, but that was at the ER & not at the clinic.

Besides the front desk staff, Meagan the MA is very personable, nice, answers what questions she can by policy and truly cares for the patient. She is kind and very attentive. She goes out of her way to make you as comfortable as possible before the exam and is very soft spoken.

Nothing, went as well as any regular Dr visit could go.

I love have Beverly as my PCP, she is excellent in every way of providing great patient care. I believe she is a million times better than other providers I have EVER SEEN.

On how Beverly listen to me with trying to get my knees taken care of and not wanting to see any of the three doctors that were treating me and just putting off doing my surgery for my needs, Beverly is a physician that I would recommend to anyone she cares about her patients.

I’m beyond pleased with my doctor, Beverly Shields at Clovis Clinic- RGH. She always takes time to listen, she mostly goes above and beyond to make me comfortable as I have extreme anxiety in most social situations, when I suffer through that she allowed me to wait outside and her staff called me when it was my time. Ms. Shields easily talks to me with equal respect and mutual understanding. She goes above and beyond. Like when I had an infection in my legs and feet she sent me asap to Portales because the clinic was open much later and she could get results sent to her no mattter what time they were processed . By directing me to go that route I was informed before 9pm that I could continue my plans to carry on with my vacation until someone comes in.

I would definitely recommend Beverly Shields to family and friends. She is a great asset to RGH Clovis Clinic. Very thorough! Very professional! Staff also very friendly.
