The office staff, the prep nurse and the Dr are all kind, friendly, well dressed, kind and straight forward. I have no questions about professionalism and knowledge of each one job and they work very well as a team.

Beverly was very thorough with going thru my medical records, removing things i didn't know existed in my medical history, and diagnosis from Dr [ ] which has nothing to do with me! perhaps she confused me with another patient? I like the way Beverly patiently listens to me, including my own research into my health needs.

Beverly Shields is the 1st person that has helped me with being a type 2 diabetic, Ivweighed 237 when I 1st seen her a year ago. Today I weigh 182 and am healthier then I have ever been. I learned what I need to do and It has worked. Thank you for having medical staff that cares for the actual patients.

Absolutely nothing. Im 100 % satisfied with all my care.

Brand new patient so still gettin to know one anither and my concerns and hers in my proper care in the future. Very comfortable asking any questions i have reguardless of how silly it may be. Everybody took their time in getting things correct. Very good exsperince over all.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
A small mix up in lab orders makin extra trip to town but it got all straightened out in no time. Trying to get all my info together from albq. Just getting to know one another will take some time. Impressive so far and i believe i will be happy with my decision to relocate all my health care needs to RGH.

The secretary that signed me in was very nice and welcoming she is very kind and very good at her job first impressions are how your day will go good or bad and she was awesome sorry I forget her name she is the Spanish one

As always receptionist is friendly, helpful, efficient and treats everyone with respect. Darlene was friendly and efficient at scheduling appointment and calling back when Clovis appointments opened up, thereby saving us a trip to Portales, very much appreciated saved us time and money.

Nothing I can think of have an excellent team.

Ms. Shields & her staff take their jobs seriously. They are accurate, prompt, & friendly. Making my health be very important, & explaining details is outstanding. Every visit I’ve had has been great. Referrals to labs, & cardiologists were also very good.

Beverly is always thorough with instructions and explaining things . Between me n my husband we cudnt find a stable Dr they were always leaving Clovis. We started goin to Beverly because my husband jus kept having this pan down his neck and arm . His blood pressure was thru the roof ! Beverly told him he needed blood pressure medication he wasn't gna take it and I'm glad I was there to tell her because she was honest enough with him explaining how sever it was and how badly he needed to take something or he was goin to have a stroke and he had been on it since . If it wasn't for Beverly my husband would have probably not be here . I love Beverly and her staff they are awesome !
