What could have been done to improve this visit?
The wait by time was very long, as it had been in the past. This is the reason I would hesitate to recommend Beverly Shields to anyone else.

The introduction of each person that met me was great. The amount of time that was spent with me for intake was excellent. Amount of time that Beverly had for me was also excellent. I have nothing bad to say..
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I really don’t think much more could’ve been accomplished at my appointment. The actual checking in and getting logged in for the first time it takes away from the appointment which is expected, but I still was taken care of properly and I have no negative feedback..

Beverly is always professional, but caring at the same time. She always makes me feel I am the only patient today, even though she has already seen 10 patients & more appointments after me.

NP Shields is an excellent medical provider who has superior bedside skills. She does not rush you and allows you the time to explain how your body feels. She works with you to figure out what is happening within.

My provider, Beverly Shields, listened to my personal needs for allowing me to receive the medications I could afford on my insurance. I appreciate the fact that I wasn’t expected to get a prescription that was too expensive for me to use.

I usually have trouble opening up to new doctors but RGH has had the best doctors, nurses and staff hands down. I love the atmosphere at appointments. I love the extreme cleanliness of all facility. I always recommend them to everyone I meet. I miss my therapist Charlene Beck very much but I trust RGH will find another gem like her, thus I’ll be a patient until the Lord takes me home one day. Thanks guys your establishment is the best overall medical treatment I’ve ever had. Us patients are lucky to have such dedicated and caring and skilled medical professionals taking care of us!!! Yall rock! Keep up the good work because no one does it better in all of Clovis & Portales

I love Beverly Shields. I would highly recommend her. She is very thorough. She has excellent bedside manner. She explains everything so that I understand and always gives me the choice to decide. She listens to my concerns. She is honest. I can go on and on. She is great.

Never have I ever had such great care! I have had alot of medical care in the past and they were never as kind, helpful and caring as the group of people at Beverly Shields office from being greeted from Lucinda to Stephanie, Thank you for having such a kick ass team. Im so grateful for the awesome care Im receiving.
