As always receptionist is friendly, helpful, efficient and treats everyone with respect. Darlene was friendly and efficient at scheduling appointment and calling back when Clovis appointments opened up, thereby saving us a trip to Portales, very much appreciated saved us time and money.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing I can think of have an excellent team.

Beverly Shields is the best in Clovis will always go here and Lucinda up front pretty good at her job also m/a is great to A+ all around

Ms. Shields & her staff take their jobs seriously. They are accurate, prompt, & friendly. Making my health be very important, & explaining details is outstanding. Every visit I’ve had has been great. Referrals to labs, & cardiologists were also very good.

I was very impressed with Ms Shields. She took a lot of time with me and seems to be deeply interested in my care. I feel very fortunate that I am getting connected with her as my primary care physician.

Beverly is always thorough with instructions and explaining things . Between me n my husband we cudnt find a stable Dr they were always leaving Clovis. We started goin to Beverly because my husband jus kept having this pan down his neck and arm . His blood pressure was thru the roof ! Beverly told him he needed blood pressure medication he wasn't gna take it and I'm glad I was there to tell her because she was honest enough with him explaining how sever it was and how badly he needed to take something or he was goin to have a stroke and he had been on it since . If it wasn't for Beverly my husband would have probably not be here . I love Beverly and her staff they are awesome !

Beverly took the time to run tests to diagnose my problem and explain how to treat it.

My doctor is very thorough and at every appointment She is thorough in orders, lab work and discusses my care

Just be seen if an emergency arises. Not be referred to RGH clinic. She is my Primary Care physician.

The wait by time was very long, as it had been in the past. This is the reason I would hesitate to recommend Beverly Shields to anyone else.

The introduction of each person that met me was great. The amount of time that was spent with me for intake was excellent. Amount of time that Beverly had for me was also excellent. I have nothing bad to say..
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I really don’t think much more could’ve been accomplished at my appointment. The actual checking in and getting logged in for the first time it takes away from the appointment which is expected, but I still was taken care of properly and I have no negative feedback..
