Dr Steimel was AMAZING. This was my first visit to her. She spent so much time with me explaining things and listening to me. I’ve never had a dr spend as much time as she did with me. Very very friendly and didn’t rush me. Genuinely caring.

Betsey was so friendly and explained what she would do before the exam. She even showed me how to find a new primary care physician on the BJC website. The appointment did not feel rushed and everyone in the office was very professional and helpful.

Betsey was a phenomenal NP. She was very thorough and explained everything so well! I was nervous to switch Dr's and this team did such a great job at making me feel at home! I love this office and the staff!

Betsy was amazing! I had my first Pap smear and the way she explained it to me, let me know if I needed to stop I could, overall, was the best person for this job, she was extremely sweet and when I did well she praised me for doing a good job. My anxiety went away as soon as she stepped into the room and that was only the first time I’ve ever had her, I loved her!

I have never been to an OB before and was VERY nervous. Betsy was so kind & took her time and answered every single one of questions and made me feel like I mattered to her as a patient.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Betsy Steimel. I have never had a medical provider who cared so deeply and understood exactly what I am going through. I was almost emotional during the visit because I felt so relieved that someone understood what I was dealing with and had such a good plan for me moving forward. She was phenomenal.
