From the time I walked in till I walked out it was a very pleasant experience. Staff was smiling and friendly, I got a hello and goodbye from everyone I met. My tech Jen was very sweet and knowledgeable answering all my questions and gave me a thorough eye exam. Then Dr Alterman came in and sat with me explaining my results and happily answering more questions. I have recommended BEA to family and friends.

I was frantic because my vision deteriorated very quickly. The staff was able to get me in to be seen the same day, and everyone was so helpful. Dr Badami was extremely thorough and got me on appropriate medication. She was very reassuring and insisted I call if my condition worsened. Scheduled a follow up for the following week to make sure my condition improved.

Everyone was very nice and also efficient….from the front desk to the assistants, to the doctor, and the scheduler, we had a great experience. My Son was a little nervous about the appointment, but we left and he said, Mom I like this place😊 We are very happy and thankful that Dr. Galtman referred us to you!

I was nervous when I arrived. I’d been told by friends that I’d be “measured “ for cataract surgery, and it would take two or more hours. Turns out, they were finished in one hour including measurements, consultation with the doctor, and time with the office staff. Everyone was kind and friendly.

My appointment went well. Even though the office was very busy my appointment went like clock work. Dr. Alterman took time to answer my questions and provide needed explanations.

Appreciated they were running fairly on time. Both assistant and doctor were very personal. Doctor took his time and explained everything to my son and I. As a mom I appreciated him stressing the importance of managing his diabetes and praising him for his A-1 C. Being a teenager and having type one is very hard, so getting the praise I know makes him feel good. Son said he liked the doctor very much.
