Woke to a significant Achilles issue that after a quick note to Dr. Badell, I was able to get in and have her help diagnose the problem. A prescription to help alleviate the inflammation and back to stretching got me well enough to enjoy my trip to Napa wine country.

I was nervous and a little embarrassed about the issue I was referred for and the staff was so lovely. They made me feel at ease immediately. Everyone I interacted with was great. I feel good about my future appointments and I would absolutely recommend my doctor and this office to anyone.

The entire staff were kind and accommodating. The doctor was incredibly responsive about my injury. I have never had a doctor as responsive as Dr. Badell. The staff at Riverview Westfield urgent care were also first rate.

I really liked the doctor that I seen. She had really good bedside manor, educated me, and was super relatable. I was late and she still seen me. I was nervous that I would have to have surgery, she was very sure that she " was setting me up for success without surgery". I am very pleased with her service.
