I was upset when I was given my diagnosis but the staff gave me a lot of information and helped me feel more comfortable.

Dr. Kimball was very professional & cordial, very patient and thorough in her explanation as far as my condition and options, and candid about the risk factors of both having and not having the surgery. She made the choice to proceed very easy for me. She seems very trustworthy and that she made recommendations in my best interest.

Her empathy was genuine. She was very specific about all the steps in the procedure and explained the reason for each step. She used a drawing and wrote notes on it. I really appreciated all this information. She certainly inspired confidence. what I should expect. She also explained the reason for each step suported with drawings and writen notes on the drawing. I really appreciated all thia information.

Dr. Kimball is a very friendly, softspoken doctor, with excellent bedside manner. Compassionate and listens intently. It is hard to summarize how i feel towards Dr. Kimball besides saying very positive remarks.

Again, Dr. Kimball showed me how appointments COULD go with a provider. Clear communication & what to expect, patience and time spent answering questions and not feeling rush. Excellent. Better than I've ever experienced even with wonderful doctors I've seen for years.
