I especially appreciated the extra effort Kate put in to ensure I was seen the day I called even though appointment times were scarce.

Makes me want to switch my primary Doctor, but not sold on the clinic. The receptionist wasnt friendly to myself or younger patients, but had that fake friendliness tone when speaking to senior people. Lab personal, and nurse was great too! So overall the 3 of my 4 interactions with clinic staff were really great.

My doctor of 45 years retired. I am pleased to find another doctor that I can understand.

I think the receptionist was good, very helpful and the doctor is also great. You know, he really helped. The nurse practitioner, you know, can be better, but she did her job. It's okay. The nurse who took my initial notes, she can do a little better. She seems to be not having enough information or knowledge. Maybe it's because she's kind of new, probably. But otherwise, it was great. Thank you so much.
