I do like the whole JenCare "experience". I have to say I that Dr. Anichini is the main reason I came there & continue to do so. I've been with her for many years & trust her with my life. That she thinks so highly of Jencare & their "mission" is a great thing too. You can tell when a doctor is happy or unhappy where they work. The whole team seems to work together effortlessly. From the Doctor to Claudia to Karla at the front desk, I never have problems. They seem to recognize every patient that comes through the doors & that's comforting too.

Communication between staff and patients is key. A medication that was filled couldn't be found while I was there. Eventually it was discovered in the outgoing mail. Every visit there's an issue with the front desk staff. Maybe they need to spend less time checking their cellphones.
