The staff was completely awesome. I felt very comfortable and had a great experience. Dr. Berni was phenomenal, had a quick diagnosis, and he got me on my way to feeling well needed. I appreciate everything you guys did. Thank you very much.

I really appreciate Dr. Berni! He tells it like it is! He is very knowledgeable, yet personable and he made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. He listened carefully to me and demonstrated understanding of my problem. I so appreciate the referral!

Dr. Berni takes his time to explain everything and give you your options. He's very knowledgeable. We have recommended him to several people who have had surgery with him and everyone has had wonderful outcomes.

All went well. My daughter suggested I see Dr Berni. He was knowledgeable and I intend to remain as his patient. All was great!!

I'm very satisfied and very happy with Dr. Bernie. He pays attention to me., I like the way he treats me. I like the way he treats my needs and my problems. He advises me what to do and I believe and trust him wholeheartedly. I would definitely tell my family and friends about him. I have been treated very well.

Thank you Dr. B for explaining about my knee. You went beyond my questions so I could understand everything. Thank you for treating me and easing my pain. I was really hurting before you gave me a shot. I didn't know I could have relief from the pain I was in.

Dr. Berni is awesome. I have been researching him for a few months and I was very pleased with the reviews. I like that he is very personable and explained my diagnosis in easy to understand language. I am impressed with the Superpath surgery that he does for the hip.
The office staff, nurses and X-ray technicians were very nice and helpful too.
This was my first visit and I left feeling very confident that I made the right choice for Dr. Berni and his staff.

Dr. Berni and his staff are exceptional. The best in their field, I wouldn’t go to any other orthopaedic office. On top of that, make me feel like family.

Yes, we had an appointment, my husband had an appointment with Dr. Burney and I have been with Dr. Burney and the whole staff, the whole area, everyone up there was just super good. I'm really glad we went to him.

The wait was a bit longer than usual but I understand some visits may take longer and I do appreciate not being rushed through myself, so I have no complaints.
I feel like I get the best of care with Dr. Berni.

I believe that I recuperated fast, that I still have a way to go to feel that it's part of me instead of a device, but I think it fits well and I hardly have a scar. So I'm happy. Thank you.

Dr Bernie is an excellent listener who gave me options with my hip situation. He described exactly what he was going to do in this surgical procedure & explained the recovery process. His staff ‘ scheduler were also quite helpful & friendly.

The important thing for me is feeling welcome and you guys did that. That way you feel comfortable when you know that you have to put basically your health in someone else's hands. I feel totally confident that my surgery is going to go extremely well.

My first time with Dr. Berni. He made me feel seen and heard. He was attentive and direct and respectful. I was impressed. the entire was awesome!

Dr. Bernie himself was excellent. I had seen 2 other drs fir my issue with 2 different opinions. Dr. Bernie took time to explain my issue & help me work with my issue & not just make a decision & dismissed me. He took all of my health conditions into account & not just 1 issue & looked at my entire body in this process of weighing out tge good & bad fir thr most desirable outcome.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. Dr. Bernie was excellent. I wish all the drs i saw for my hip issues took the time to fully explain my skeletal structure to me & how I can improve it. Every person helping was great too!
