The experience was very positive; the doctor's attention, professionalism, and empathy were excellent. He instilled a lot of confidence, making us feel we were in good hands and receiving compassionate care. He was very kind, professional, and willing to analyze the case in detail. All the staff were very friendly.

The provider was very thorough, respectful and ready to listen. I would like to see him again next visit. He welcomed my interruptions and kept his mild demeanor. Easy to talk to.

It was extremely helpful to have Dr. Bernard speak directly to my mom in Spanish and ask her questions. I think it made her feel seen and heard, and it allowed all three of us to communicate in the most fluid way. And he also had excellent bedside manners.
