The entire staff and employees, were magnificent!!
Dr. Benjamin Wei is absolutely hands down, incredible!!!!!
Rachel had amazing patients with me with all questions, and responded to me, in the most loving and considerate manor!!
The medical student, named Molly, was a precious addition to the staff. I will pray for her as she advances her very promising career in medicine. ( so young yet so accomplished)
Not actually knowing what I am facing, I have the utmost faith and confidence in everyone on Dr. Benjamin Wei’s team!!!!

Going in I was nervous and scared to have surgery. Doctor and staff were very friendly, informative, and showed concern and care.

I wish I'd known TKC had a parking deck. I ended up in 4th Avenue and then Google took me to the Kirklin clinic within the north pavilion and then I had to walk to the one on 6th. It took forever.

Physicians' professional manner, care for patients, and reputation.
However, I did have to wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen, which was frustrating.

Staff seemed genuinely concerned about my health. All options were discussed a plan was formed that we all agreed upon. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

I had 45 years to build my expectations of potential outcomes from this procedure. The results are better than I had hoped and the entire process was well orchestrated. Every concern had a prepared mitigation and so I had to worry about a lot less.

I saw the doctor and he explained my options, answered all of my questions. I was given a surgery date with a packet of info for surgery.

Add another provider, one clinic day isn't enough for the load. There are enough mid level providers, but another surgeon would increase efficiency of the clinic.

My appointment was split with a breathing test then see Dr. Wei.
11:30 then again at 2:15.
Dr. Wei saw me at 5ish. He asked me where my back hurt,I couldn't reach the area. He said it's not slipping rib syndrome but said he only does surgery and I need a block. He took 3 minutes, have me his card and that's it. No concern at all. This issue has been going on for years and he dismissed me like I was nothing.

My father recently received news of a life changing diagnosis. Dr. Benjamin Wei was highly recommended to us. He and his entire staff were friendly and generously patient with all our questions. My father and I both left the appointment feeling informed and encouraged. We feel confident Dr. Wei and his team of colleagues are providing us with excellent care.
