Excellent experience. Most impressive is that Dr Ebner did not make me feel rushed. He gave me time to think and ask questions, validated my concerns and gave me clearly articulated answers. I feel very fortunate to have his expertise and care! Thank you. All staff wonderful.

Yes, I would like to just thank you for Dr. Ebner. He answered all my questions really, really thoroughly. And not only that, but he did it in such a way that I didn't think I was being analyzed or anything like that. He understood as we explained, as I explained my situation and my situation. That's the best I could say. But I really felt extreme confidence with Dr. Ebner and I know he treats all of his patients that way and I hope everyone that has him realizes that he is really deeply involved in each and every one of us. Dr. Ebner is amazing. I wish he were available as my general practitioner, as my main care provider. However, he is excellent as my cardiologist. So I am very happy.

I think I have three of the best physicians I have ever worked with. They are caring, thorough and easy to understand. They are incredibly knowledgeable and willing take the time and effort to help their patients comprehend and follow their instructions. “Bedside manner” is wonderful with Dr. Ebner, Dr [full name], and Dr. [last name]. They are all the best of the best!

I was very impressed with Dr. Ebner. He was complete, did a thorough job, included me in the recommendations, and just overall, the whole atmosphere was excellent, as was the care. So yeah, I would recommend him to anybody.

I live in Carson City now but I drive to Reno for my healthcare because I have had nothing but positivity with Renown. I was rushed in an ambulance once, had minor surgery, and now have regular visits with Dr. Ebner - my wonderful cardiologist. Thank you for the wonderful care I continue to receive.

I would rather do this so I could read the questions rather than, because I don't think I understood that last question. But I would give my provider at least a 10, if not an 11. I was very, very satisfied with the whole thing. So I wasn't sure whether I should click on one or two. Anyway, I have no problem at all with any of the care that I got. Thank you, I guess. On the comical side of things, I felt like an 83-year-old first year med. school student attending three morning lectures. Too much information, especially sitting in a chair for 1 1/2 hours feeling really bad. On the serious side, Dr. Ebner and his assistants were very nice and professional, and the time spent there was probably a mandatory procedure, concerning information and liability. An excellent group of people. Realistically, the only thing guys my age want to know is where to be and what time and we'll be there. Basically, that's all I remember after an hour and a half. But that's on me, not them. Dr. Ebner and his staff are great, very thorough, and I would recommend them to anyone. I gave them the highest rating available on this survey and feel fortunate I ended up with Dr. Ebner and his staff. I know I'm in good hands.
