The several times I have been there. Everyone has always been so friendly and knowledgeable.
The doctors and nurses always make you feel like you are as important to them as their own family members. Very grateful for that.

The staff is amazingly professional, caring, and friendly, and although we, unfortunately, were late, they worked us in without any rolling eyes or negativity! Easy access and lovely facility with top-notch equipment.

From admitting staff to discharge staff
Every person was kind and attentive. The triage nurse was thorough and even gave updates on wait time ( which was no wait at all )
Dr is thorough allowing an open discussion regarding my current and future health plan , addressing health concerns, and giving me a detailed plan of care for the future . Took the time to show me my images , as a [ ] I appreciate the time he spent listening.

The staff were all happy and helpful.
Dr. Pearce pulled up my test results on computer and went over in detail explaining everything. Importance of testing numbers, anatomy of body, purpose of function and course of treatment that is best for you.
I was nervous and he calmed my nerves with information & knowledge.

They staff is awesome and answer all my questions. I really love going to UAB. Staff is very friendly and courteous and I can joke with them and I try to make their day more enjoyable. Thank you very much for everything.
