Felt comfortable with the entire appointment. Dr. Duckles was informative and explained options for me. I and my husband thought Dr. Duckles explained the treatment I would be receiving and what to expect.

All good things to say. Virtual Pain and Spine as well as Virtual Family Care have been excellent with my care and know me well. I can rely on Dr. Duckles and Dr. Dratch for any of my concerns. However, just getting connected with Dr. Porreca , my neurologist this is very important as it is my main concern these days. Thank you.

Getting thru for appointments, scheduling, and then waiting to see the doctor takes a few months. Everyone is booked so you have to take the first one available. The drs are rushed and are booked every 15 minutes. You don't have the time to think bc you are rushed. The system is failing and everyone is complaining. There's nothing like the old doctors who take an interest. Their eyes are on the computer not the patient. You ask the nurses to change some things on the computer and it's not done. You have to keep calling hoping you will get the right one on the phone. This does not only apply to orthopedics it applies to all departments. You cry for help but the drs couldnt care less. Soon all patients will be straying away.

This doctor was amazing! I am so lucky to have found him. Every one of his support staff were friendly and professional too so the experience exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend this doctor to friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benjamin Duckles for 8 plus years now. I feel very confident in his care of me and I've had numerous procedures by Dr. Duckles in the past for my history of degenerative disc disease and chronic pain. Dr. Duckles is always a great listener to my complaints and explains his findings to me and discusses possible treatment options with me all the time. He is definitely a great member of my health care team and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Duckles and his staff was extremely professional He came into the exam room within a few minutes of my appointment and had already reviewed all my history and tests. He then spent time going through my diagnostic tests and answered all my questions Outstanding staff and provider !

Dr. Duckles was amazing from start to finish, so attentive with my father at the appointment and more than accommodating to get us in before the holiday. I was very impressed with the practice, beginning the moment I stepped into the office. Everyone was not only professional, but also personable, and seemed genuinely interested in my care. Additionally, Dr. Duckles was attentive and took his time in answering questions as he reviewed imaging results. He suggested a plan of action that was reasonable and explored options for ongoing treatments with which I felt very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone needing that type of treatment.

I have some very nasty back pain. I was diagnosed with arthritis and prescribed to get physical therapy. I'm up with that. Check back around Thanksgiving for a more informed response.

Follow up visit after back injection Dr Duckles is great. I feel good after visiting him he takes the time to review what he did and if I had any concerns about the injections and how am I doing as a result of the procedure
