This was my first visit with Dr. Duckles, but he knew my past history well from reading my chart. He was very informative and helpful in discussing my issues. It is great to have a doctor who listens to the patient and shows care.

Dr. Duckles is a life saver. I have been in physical agony since Medicare changed its pain management criteria. Dr. Duckles gives me hope and practical solutions.

Dr Duckles took the time to go over the images and explain what he saw. He provided me with information on how we should proceed and what he recommended. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. It looks like I'll be able to get some comfort for my back.

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was greeted with a smile that was kind and professional. Dr. Duckles is the best. Takes time to answer all my questions. Advocate for me while wanting me to advocate for myself. I just know that him and his team always have my back and want the best for me. 11 out of 10. The best.

Yeah, I saw Dr. Duckles. I found him to be very dismissive. He cut me off when I was trying to explain something. Not at all very happy with the care.

While at the office I was treated great, everyone was polite and professional. Before I left one of the final things then Doctor said to me was that someone from scheduling would call to schedule a date for my back injections. It's been two weeks and no one has called. Not sure what the disconnect is, maybe the scheduling office is busy. Guess I need to find another provider.

Absolutely love Dr. Duckles. Would recommend him to anyone. Have had family members who have used him for years and would not go anywhere else. I would just like to see scheduling a little bit better and a waiting for scheduling of injections to be a little bit better, but this is not a reflection on Dr. Duckel's.

I returned to the doctor's office the following day to ask if I should have my blood pressure rechecked. The only got a high rating and a high number and I have white coat syndrome and I could not even get near a nurse. I was stopped at the main entrance on Route 70 and told I needed an appointment to speak to a nurse. I found this very inconvenient. I'm sure somebody there could have spoken to me.

The doctor is amazing, but scheduling is really hard. Somebody scheduled me wrong and I couldn't reach the office. So getting a hold of you is a problem.

I have been seeing Dr Duckles for over 10 years. He is a doctor. I trust he always takes the time to discuss things with you. He's the best.

Doctor visit 1 week ago. Someone was supposed to call me and schedule a procedure, but on one has so far. How long does it normally take to schedule a procedure??

Office visit was very positive, staff is professional and efficient. Doctor reviewed my medical history ahead of time, had my MRI images available, asked me key questions to understand my pain issues. Clearly explained my options and pros and cons. Great communicator, demonstrated the procedure. Took into account my upcoming travel plans. Exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Duckles is a highly trained and respected in his field of expertise. For anyone looking for comprehensive and compassionate healthcare in back issues he is the one to see.He listens to your concerns and then includes you in making a care plan. Office staff very friendly as well. I know my outcome will be a good one after all the information is compiled and a treatment plan is set in motion.

Dr. Duckles and his team were amazing! I highly recommend them! He took the time to treat me as a whole person... Which almost none of the specialists I've been to in the last five months have done... I'm so grateful!

Dr. Duckles listened to my concerns and he gave me a plan of action which i agreed with. We discused future options as well. He was courteous, kind, and understood my pain. I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Duckles to family and friends .

Needs to help patients by adding communication somewhere whether verbal or written directions to facility since online directions are incorrect. Very frusting.

Dr. Duckles is the absolute BEST! He's been my pain and spine doctor for a number of years. He, and his staff have always done everything in their power to make me comfortable, suggest new treatment plans, assist with overwhelming paperwork requests for medical information, and have always included me in making decisions about my medical treatment. I am very confident in Dr. Duckles' medical judgement and have been appreciative of all efforts over the years. I can't say enough good things about this provider and his staff.

Felt comfortable with the entire appointment. Dr. Duckles was informative and explained options for me. I and my husband thought Dr. Duckles explained the treatment I would be receiving and what to expect.
