The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The staff is so busy but they get to you so fast. It’s impressive. The lab is very fast also and always so kind and sweet, very good at their job. Dr Ben Greene is a FANTASTIC doctor! It’s always a pleasure to see his smiling face. He is a wonderful ENT. Each and every person I’ve encountered at Kirklin and UAB have been exemplary. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Everyone was friendly and efficient--the receptionists, the PA's, the nurse, the doctor. The doctor was running only a few minutes behind and quickly apologized when he entered the room, a gesture always appreciated.

Dr Greene is amazing! Kind, caring and compassionate. I wish everyone took the time with their patients that he does. The staff has also been wonderful. And this is the most punctual doctors office we have ever been to!

They are awesome! Great service. Skilled docs. Reception staff is wonderful to work with. Wait times are minimal. We drive 3.5 hrs one way just to see Dr. Greene. The entire office rocks!

Dr Greene and his entire staff is amazing! There’s rarely any wait time, he answers all questions with a great bedside manner. The front desk is amazing! Secily (the MA) is as sweet and nice as can be. Definitely an asset to the office!
