I received excellent patient service beginning at the sign in desk, with the nurses doing screening and testing, to associate Dr. [ ] getting a history of my disorder, Dr. [ ], and Dr. Greene. I felt hope for the first time in 10 years that I may receive help due to some facial nerve paralysis. After answering questions about the problems , Dr. Greene immediately had a medical plan to help make my face look more symmetrical.

Team was very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly and had a plan! Wait time was super quick, things moved along.
The only complaint I really have is the front desk when checking in/out weren’t very friendly, barely acknowledged you. Almost acted like they were doing you a favor by being there.

Dr Greene and his team doing an amazing job of take care of me. It is from the check in to the check out every step you know you are being given the best possible care by a team that cares.

It was nice for each physician and team member to come to the exam room and explain their role in my treatment plan.
Everyone was nice and helpful in breaking the medical details down into layman’s terms.

The best decision i ever made was getting my Dr to get me an appointment with Dr Greene and his team 5 years ago. They are the best from checking in all the way to checking out. There is none better
