Very professional staff, I have been going there for the last two years and never had a problem with the service or staff. Wish they could be a little more on time. But that is my only compliant.

Dropping my mother off at front door took extended time
Trying to find a wheelchair to help my mother get to 2nd floor
After a 4 hour drive was no luck
We did have help with staff locating and helping mom get to parking garage elevators.
Doctors,Nurses and assistance was very nice.

The entire team listens, explains everything thoroughly, and takes into consideration my thoughts on proceeding with treatment. Bedside manner is amazing all around. Very knowledable and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I actually have told many family/friends and even my other drs about this team!!

I was quickly moved from the front desk to Ryan to check my vitals then escorted to the exam room. After only a moment, Allison came to document the reasons for my visit and etc. Dr Greene was extremely knowledgeable of my condition and provided a path forward for my healing.
The whole process was timely and professional.

I received excellent patient service beginning at the sign in desk, with the nurses doing screening and testing, to associate Dr. [ ] getting a history of my disorder, Dr. [ ], and Dr. Greene. I felt hope for the first time in 10 years that I may receive help due to some facial nerve paralysis. After answering questions about the problems , Dr. Greene immediately had a medical plan to help make my face look more symmetrical.

Team was very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly and had a plan! Wait time was super quick, things moved along.
The only complaint I really have is the front desk when checking in/out weren’t very friendly, barely acknowledged you. Almost acted like they were doing you a favor by being there.

It was nice for each physician and team member to come to the exam room and explain their role in my treatment plan.
Everyone was nice and helpful in breaking the medical details down into layman’s terms.
