The office staff opened the window before I stepped up to the check in area. She couldn't have been nicer and even smiled! I didn't feel like a problem which does occur in some offices. Nursing staff was friendly also. Did not feel hurried. Dr Gould was fantastic. Sat down, knew about my case. He did not rush me and answered every question. He knows his "stuff." I did not feel rushed nor did he act in a hurry to leave. The best all around.

Everyone in the office was very professional. I was seen right away, even before my appointment time. The nurse and Benjamin were very thorough in the questions they asked.

I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness in dealing with my condition. He was very easy to understand and he listened to all of my issues. As we were wrapping up he asked if there was anything else and I shared another urological issue I was having and he asked some questions asked if I would allow him to do an ultrasound and afterwards came up with a plan of action for that issue. He is now my only urologist even though having to travel 1 1/2 hrs to get there. I would highly recommend him. 👍
