I felt seen, heard and valued by Dr. Jones.
I didn't feel rushed and didn't feel like my concerns were ignored.
Dr. Jones helped me to understand my situation and was very calming in our conversation.
He was very professional and understanding and supportive.
One of the best Drs I've been to.

Dr. Jones truly cares about his patients, got a nice bedside manner and don't rush the patient. He answered fully the questions I asked of him.

I didn't feel like the doctor was helpful in my visit that took nearly 6 months to see. After hearing my issue he was already saying he couldn't help me and that I needed to go to a different kind of doctor instead.

Yes. I was shocked that Dr. Jones could not easily access my records from UAB Med West. This is unacceptable in 2024. Is the UAB system broken?

Dr. Benjamin Allen Jones is the first doctor I've liked in over 7 years. Great doctor. Treated me like a person with real issues and didn't just try to give me pills. Doctor rating is a 10 for me!

The Gardendale facility is so easy and accessible. Everyone from the front desk to the check out was pleasant and attentive. I enjoyed my visit with Dr Jones - my appointment did not feel rushed and he took the time to explain things to me.
