Dr. McCullough is very knowledgeable and professional but personable at the same time. He has helped me more with my voice disorder in 3 months than another doctor did in years!! Staff very kind also.

Dr. Ben McCullough was so very compassionate and kind to my husband and me. Words cannot express the thankfulness that we have for him. We left the appointment feeling encouraged and hopeful. We are blessed to have him as our caregiver!!This institution is so very fortunate to have him on the staff there at UAB. You hit the jackpot when he was hired!!

The doctors and his staff nurses everyone was very nice made you feel comfortable right at home. It’s hard to go to a doctor anyway, but when people are nice to you, it helps the doctor wasn’t in any hurry. They both explained everything. Make sure we left there with no questions, unanswered. The front desk on other hand when we first walked up to the desk they weren’t very friendly. We stood there several minutes before anybody would even acknowledge we were there and they didn’t look like they were happy to be there either but when we came back out it was a little better. We tried to make conversation I think maybe that made it better. Maybe they were just having a bad day and that was OK everybody does.

Yes. While my experience with the entire medical staff was excellent, the horrible, frustrating parking garage experience was atrocious! The Clinic has vastly outgrown the current parking structure. I am hoping the $4 parking fees will be earmarked for building a new facility which can accommodate the both the patients' and clinic's needs.
