I feel at ease with Tina Benford and they explain what I need to do and look out for in an approachable way. She was very empathetic and kind. I would have liked to have my paperwork completed during the visit, so our visit and my needs were fresh in her mind. I feel less confident that it will now be filled out more than a week after our interaction.
