There's nothing you can do, jen care is a good place to go and the doctor's are also good , it's just a little too far to travel to see a doctor.

On June 20, 2024 I had a routine visit At Jen Care , my appointment was at 8:30 AM that went well but during my visit, my doctor prescribed me medication for my problem with my back. I asked them to direct my prescription as usual to Walmart on N. Decatur Rd. I never received my prescription at Walmart. I called back that same day to Jen Care and asked about my prescription being sent to Walmart. I never received my prescription at Walmart today is Friday, June 21 and I still have not received my prescription at Walmart, had this been a life or death situation? I would be dead by now. It does not take 2 1/2 days to get a prescription sent to Walmart. I am very disappointed about the treatment that I have received because no one should have to go through that type of treatment , it is now 5:13 PM on Friday and I still have not received my prescription thank you and I hope that something will be done about this type of treatment in your facility because there is definite a lack of communication

The people from the front desk, to the nurses and especially Dr Bates was very friendly, very caring. It was just a good experience.
