I wish Dr. Bellinger would talk a little louder. With her accent, I can't catch all of her words. It takes quite a bit of time to be called back from the waiting room and for Dr. Bellinger to come see me. I would have liked a better understanding of what my steroid injection involved at MercyOne. The nurse who booked my appointment possibly should have explained the procedure (how everyone is dressed w/lead coverings, what happens in the operatory, how long it takes, etc.)

I loved her accent and how she didn’t judge me on my weight what I mean by that is I’ve had plenty of doctors take one look and me and said it’s bc of my weight but she didn’t
