I see Dr Daniels as my dermatologist. She is very informative, professional and I trust her to keep my skin as healthy as it can be. The significant downfall to Bella Pelle is the front desk. Each time I have been there I have encountered very unpleasant and rude interactions. A smile is impossible, eye contact is difficult to make and I am left feeling like I am not welcome and intruding on their miserable day. If I decide to change dermatologists the front desk will play a huge role in my decision. I deserve to be treated respectfully and feel welcomed.

Dr Reader was so thorough with my 11 year old daughter. She made sure my daughter understood her instructions regarding her skincare. Dr Reader patiently listened to my daughter and acknowledged her concerns. Dr Reader is awesome!!

Had some issues with scheduling my appt after attending the Open House. The person who scheduled my appt failed to update the appt notes. Upon arriving, it was clear which of the front desk people was more professional. Dr Daniel's and Tabitha were wonderful. Everything was explained, and the procedure was done in a timely manner.
