Dr Reader and Emma were amazing. They took the time to answer questions and inform me about the surgery. Throughout they talked to me and kept me informed and calm. I’m not normally an anxious person but I have had a as experience with local anesthesia. No worries with them!

Front desk staff unfriendly, sullen, and need to smile and speak up. Lacks training in people skills and common courtesy. Bad first impression. Doctor spoke too fast and was clearly feeling rushed so I was not able to get all my questions answered. The doctor I saw was Ashley Reader. The check out desk staff was much better and smiled and friendly.

I waited in the exam room freezing with just a sheet on while I could hear Dr. Daniels and staff "chatting" outside the door for about 10 minutes! I can tell you all about their trips to Mexico and how tatoos are now known to increase your risk of lymphona. I was very disappointed I was kept waiting.
