All office staff were polite and helpful. Dr. Daniels had a great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything in very easy to understand terms.
This was my first visit, I was extremely impressed by the staff kindness with each other and patients. The office waiting room snd examination room was spotlessly clean
I went in for my annual checkup last week. I wanted to accomplish two things things: Rx refill and a skin check. The triage nurse spent no time asking the purpose of my visit and seemed very rushed. Natalie Daniels literally popped in for about 60 seconds, spoke very fast about the meds she took as renewing (I assume so she could bill for patient ed). I asked for a quick skin check and she said ‘I don’t have time for that… you’ll need to schedule another visit’. I was very confused as this was an annual check-up. I left frustrated and irritated at the experience.
Dr. Reader is phenomenal. The entire office staff i encountered were friendly and caring as well. Back to Dr. Reader she listened and was very informative. Her personality made the visit calming and comfortable. She was knowledgeable too about all my concerns. I was impressed with how thorough she was too.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:20, Dr. Daniels did not see me until 11:05. The appointment was rushed, as she was going over my legs she would tell the nurse what to document. I had to correct her twice and say, ‘you mean scar on left leg, not right.’ This appointment felt so rushed, I’m not sure I had a good exam. It was never like this before Vital Skins took over. She explained she only had 10 minutes with me, which is a short time to do a full body check and discuss any areas of concern. The new financial policy is a joke. I am going back to have something removed and then I will switch to a new dermatologist. I love Dr. Daniels but this new company is blowing their opportunity. I have other friends that see Dr. Daniels and after my experience they aren’t sure they will stay.
Medical staff great. Receptionist/office staff unpleasant. I didn't appreciate the prominently displayed Bible verse wall calendar in the examining room.
Dr. Daniels and her staff were great. No complaints at all. Dr. Daniels explained my whole laser process I was having done and was upfront about cost. Very pleased with my first visit to Bella Pelle.
The office staff is professional, polite, and very helpful. I was in the waiting room for about five minutes, then taken back to see Dr. Daniels. The staff is friendly and Dr. Daniels, as always, answered my questions and provided me with a treatment plan for of my challenging skin.
Was able to get an appt quickly. Not only did Dr Reader address the suspicious area that I had, she also took the time To ask about other area of concern. I never felt rushed which is very refreshing and rare. Already referred a family member.
I love Dr. Daniels, but I felt like my visit was a total waste of time. The last time I was there they had me make an appointment for a med check which I did. When I got there it seemed like they didn’t know why I was there, asked a few questions, didn’t look ant my spots, and that was it. I drive 45 minutes to get there and this could’ve easily been a phone or telehealth type appointment.
They were very accommodating as my appointment was two hours out but severe weather was headed towards the area. I love 45 minutes away but had two appointments scheduled due that day. Even though I was early they got me in and out thoroughly going over my concerns. Dr Reader and the staff are very polite and professional.
Dr. Reader was exceptionally nice and professional and knew what she was doing. Took care of the problem I had been having with another Dermatologist for 2 years right there on the spot!
