Dr. Reader was exceptionally nice and professional and knew what she was doing. Took care of the problem I had been having with another Dermatologist for 2 years right there on the spot!

Everything was clean. The doctor and nurse actually listened to me and took the time to explain what was going on / what they were seeing. I have a chronic illness and get dismissed and blown off by doctors ALL the time so I went in tense but left feeling heard and valued

Dr. Natalie Daniels performed a laser procedure to remove brown spots from my face, chest, arms and legs. Both Dr. Daniels and her assistant made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. The spots are scabbing over and I can already tell that I will be 100% satisfied. Dr. Daniels and her entire staff are always so professional and pleasant during my visits..

I was not charged the correct amount for my service. Also, my appointment had to be rescheduled.

I've been a patient for a while, and the visit felt rushed. I thought of something else to ask very quickly and felt hurried. The assistant seemed to want to move me out of the room very quickly. My prescriptions weren't sent in until three days after my appointment, and the front desk didn't know the new name of the pharmacy. Not sure if I'll return.

Front desk staff is amiable and polite. Medical Assistant was helpful in preparing me for Ashley Reader, DO. The Examination was thoroughly and treatments were fully explained.
