Disappointed with unprofessionalism of front office staff - eating lunch while working up front. Plate of food sitting out while typing & answering phones.
Dr. Reader and Emma and front desk staff were all professional, thorough, respectful and personable. I had a follow-up question after I got home and called and left a message. That question was answered in a timely manner.
All office staff were polite and helpful. Dr. Daniels had a great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything in very easy to understand terms.
This was my first visit, I was extremely impressed by the staff kindness with each other and patients. The office waiting room snd examination room was spotlessly clean
I went in for my annual checkup last week. I wanted to accomplish two things things: Rx refill and a skin check. The triage nurse spent no time asking the purpose of my visit and seemed very rushed. Natalie Daniels literally popped in for about 60 seconds, spoke very fast about the meds she took as renewing (I assume so she could bill for patient ed). I asked for a quick skin check and she said ‘I don’t have time for that… you’ll need to schedule another visit’. I was very confused as this was an annual check-up. I left frustrated and irritated at the experience.
