Anita was great! she explained what she was doing, apologetic if she thought she was hurting me, I have had the procedure at another DR. and it was a nightmare. She guided her staff in a kind and gentle manner. everyone in the room acted as a team to care for me.

She explains things thoroughly and does not cut corners. I love it that she is not afraid to laugh while working as it helps when enduring a sometimes painful treatment. On the other hand she is very professional and knows her job. I am a retired nurse and she is A-OK.
