Jill B Was fine, but 25 minutes late after I had sat in the office 15 minutes. She explained her previous patient had recently had a [ ],requiring a longer than anticipated visit. Jill is a very fine professional Suggest when that happens someone explain to the waiting patient that there is a delay and why.

As I read the points made about my appointment I am amazed at the thought of how thoroughly each and every point made was so thoroughly discussed during my appointment. I was used to this all these years with Dr. [ ] and wondered what it would be like with another. A seamless care package it was, and I am grateful for all the years of "heart care" and its continuation. Every person with whom I was in contact provided a friendly experience from a pleasant greeting, guided walk to the scale, guided walk to the exam room, preliminary checking of meds, questions from Jill. All the bases were covered.

Jill was so friendly and informative. I was having issues after an ablation and she made us realize this is normal and the procedure was more complicated than we thought. So she made my husband and I both feel so much better. She was great.
