I had a great experience! I was able to get an appointment the same day. The front office staff was friendly, professional and very nice. The technicians who addisted me were great and explained everything they did. Dr. Lynch is great! She explained all the tests that were done and took her time with me. Asked me, if I had any questions and really listened to my concerns. I saw their office on the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce grand opening. The reviews were outstanding so I decided to give them a call. I'm extremely happy I did. I highly recommend you give them a call, if you need an eye doctor. They also have an office in Paramus. They have another great staff there. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

My experience at Bloomfield Eye Associates was very good. The wait time was minimal and the professionalism of the staff was outstanding.

My experience was remarkable! The receptionist and the assistant welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. The assistant explained everything she was doing and always asked if I have any questions. Dr. Cucci introduced herself and immediately began to reorganize her desk so that she could get to work knowing where items were to her liking. For me, I immediately thought to myself wow, I like Dr. Cucci already she is very thorough! Thorough she was! Dr. Cucci diagnosed a textbook issue with my Retina. Dr. Cucci explained the issue verbally and through my last year’s eye pictures and my current eye pictures. She immediately referred me to a Retina specialist and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Thank you Dr. Cucci and staff for your superb care!

My visit was a very pleasant one! The new staff was very pleasant and my new Dentist was very pleasant also! I was promptly taken care of by the Student Dentist, however, there was a little wait time for the Dentist to come in to do her final evaluation and recommendation. All in all my visit was a pleasant one.

From the moment I walked inside I felt that I was treated with courtesy and respect. The Techs were all very pleasant and helpful. Dr. JoAnna has that ability to make you feel important to her. The whole experience was a "thumbs up" from start to finish!

Wonderful! Great hospitality and care.
Timely reminders I loved and also the prompt service. No fussing about waiting for long hours to be seen. The entire staff are very professional and "my doctor J" oh! she is so sweet and of great knowledge concerning her job.
She is also trustworthy. I have recommended her to some of my family and friends and she has already seen one of them.

Everyone in the office were efficient and helpful.
My doctor was very helpful in explaining my eye problems. She took the time to explain to me why my eyes were bothering me and I needed a new prescription for glasses.

Dr. Pruzon is a first class practitioner. I have used Dr. Pruzon for a number of years that included two cataract surgeries & I find her to be dedicated, skilled, and, most of all, caring. She is OCD about accuracy and pays attention to the smallest details. You will not find a more professional person.

Staff were professional and thorough in their assessments. There was a smooth flow of input from office to offi ce. Care was paid to social distancing, with masks being worn by staff and patients and chairs separated accordingly. Questions were answered.

Dr. Pruzon is an amazing physician! Unlike any other ophthalmologist I have ever seen, she immediately related my current eye problem to an underlying medical condition I have and reached out to the doctor treating that condition. The breadth of her knowledge and her friendly but highly competent demeanor puts you at ease. She is simply superb.
