It was easy for me to switch my appointment to virtual. Dr Herbly listened and helped me understand some of my test results. He’s very kind and never rushed me. My favorite doctor ever.

What I like about it is , first their therapist are so knowledgeable , they listen to whatever you need to say , they're so well put together, after listening to your issues they suggest a solution in a wise and wisdom manners , I really love talking to them because after that they make me feel relieved and comfortable with their suggestions, they're really well educated and well matured , I wish my therapist can stay longer because she gives me confidence in myself and helps me solving my worries and keep up with my problems , I want to thank her and thank all the teams behind her because all of them they're doing a great job ! So from the bottom of my heart thank you and Happy New Year .

Front desk staff polite and efficient, wait time is minimal and Dr Herbly very sensitive to my concerns and supportive. Spoke with me face to face and not face to computer! A very safe environment.

My therapist was very easy to open up to; I felt completely safe through all of our therapy sessions. We had much success with identifying my triggers and the thoughts behind them, and I came away from each visit with greater clarity and optimism. We ended the treatment course with some very promising decisions made, and she was most generous with literature and contacts ro support my ongoing practice for stability and control. I've never had strong faith in psychological counseling in general, but my experience with my Baptist Behavioral tharapist gave me a different perspective, showing me what is possible with good therapeutic counseling. If I again feel the need for assistance in managing moods, responses and reactions, I know just who to call.Thank you all so very much!

The therapists that I worked with are very caring and friendly. They make me feel comfortable and cared for. The mix of genuine commitment and empathy with a high level of training makes a big difference. They put a lot of themselves in the counseling and it shows. Their knowledge and support is top notch. It's been a tremendous help to me during a rough patch. It is very easy to schedule an appointment, the staff is always easy to talk to and are helpful. I feel well cared for. Thank you, for all you do.
