Staff is very pleasant and professional. Appointment time was met. We’ve been seeing a lot of facilities lately unfortunately and this by far was our best experience.

I have now experienced 2 PET scans at the Pleasant Hill location. Just as the staff I encounter upstairs, the Bay Imagining department is top notch!

I quite frequently explain how the angels at Epic Care have saved my life and many others. I have full trust in the staff that back up the Drs at the facility . Before I got sick I didn’t realize how complicated healthcare can be . With the help of Epic Care I have mastered the system and can navigate easily …. Thank you so much for your professionalism… !!

It was good except for the IV. The MRI technician stuck me twice and caused significant bruising at both spots.

The staff and clinicians were friendly and professional. There was little wasted time, which I appreciated. I have had several Pet scans at this facility and the treatment was first rate
