Efficient staff. Facility appears clean. Would be better if the bathroom had hooks to hang clothing or even better if there was a changing room.

Cancer, the diagnosis of cancer, and all the tests that go along with it are emotionally and physically draining. With epic care there’s a support system that makes you feel that you are important. Your comfort is important and your psychological well-being is important. Throughout the process, everyone is kind, gentle and polite, and concerned about the patient.

What would you tell family & friends about your experience?
I gave a 9 because no one is perfect, but this was about as perfect of a visit as one could ask for for this test which is loud and uncomfortable. I was given ear plug, headphone (playing jazz) and as peaceful as possible. I will return. Bayside Imaging has always treated me right.

The process is easy and professional all the way. The technician is wonderful, alleviating my anxieties, explaining the process, treating me respectfully. This time I needed a disc for my doctor and it was provided very efficiently.

Very good and thorough. I feel that my health is in good hands with Epicare, they have been current with my previous breast cancer diagnosis with lab tests, mammograms and MRIs being scheduled.

Anybody that I know that's going to get an MRI I will tell them to come there I have already told two people about your facility
