Samantha, Dr. Knox’s nurse, has always been very helpful and professional whenever I have needed anything. All the ladies in front office are excellent too. Lisa the office manager is awesome too! It is a great medical office.

I would like to give a shout out to Shay. I believe her name was she got the IV put in on the first try with my left arm which nobody ever has in my lifetime due to my veins. She was extremely good at what she was doing. Loved her.

Dr Knox’s nurse. She had to schedule my surgery and gave me everything I needed but they were so busy she asked if it was ok if she called to give me the rest of the info after clinical or I could sit in the office and wait. She called before clinical were done when she had a spare minute to call. That’s good follow up, she could have waited. She was so kind. When I was leaving, Dr Knox yelled out goodbye to me also, who does that! Good people who care!
