What else would you like to say about your experience?
First of all, I love my doctor, Dr. Chase Baxter. He puts things in a way I can understand it. If I have questions, he's more than willing to answer them for me. I would give all of them a wow and I definitely would recommend them to others that I know that have COPD.

Dr. Maxter is a very good doctor. I really like him. He explains things. He takes time to talk to you and very polite.

Dr. Baxter is always so kind and attentive. Listens to my issues and makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. His nurses are also wonderful and always friendly.

The doctor listened to everything I had to say, provided a brief summary of what I needed to do to get better, and I felt like he addressed all my issues very well. Would highly recommend.

I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was nice. Everyone was very accommodating. They even helped me when I had a hard time walking. I appreciate them very much. Thank you.

We are so grateful to have Dr. Baxter as our pulmonologist. He’s got a wonderful bedside manner and always willing to take time to answer our questions completely. He’s very knowledgeable and a true asset for BJC.

As soon as I walked into Suite 230, I felt at ease. Wait time was minimal for my appointment. Dr. Baxter was thorough answering my questions. Excellent office visit.

I have very bad anxiety and everyone here made sure I was OK during my office visit, made me feel very good that even though I'm here for breathing issue they dealt with my anxiety as well

Dr. Baxter is always very patient and knowledgeable. After months of suffering a consistent, nagging cough, his diagnosis and treatment finally cured the ailment. Thank you, Dr. Baxter!

Dr. Baxter is very caring and professional. He listens and he looks directly at me and my husband when we're talking. And he's genuinely interested in how he can help me better. And he is interested in my whole problem, all my problems, not just one that deal with pulmonary. I find him very attentive and very professional.

I likecthe fact, that i don't have to sit in the exam room for long, before the Dr. comes in, some I've been to, I've waited so long I thought they can forgot I was there ?

I think BJC is probably one of the best situations I've put myself in health-wise. Absolutely Baxter's office is the most polite and he is such a wonderful doctor. I am happy to be there.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Baxter always goes above and beyond, I feel very lucky that he is my provider. This office as a whole is hands down the best office BJC has and I see quite a lot providers. This office is how all offices and providers should perform.

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect, as always.

All receptionists and nurses were great and very accommodating. Dr. Baxter is great at listening and explaining conditions and care.

In my response, I think excellence depends on the circumstances and the outcomes expected. This was an initial appointment. I am very happy with this first appointment. The results of the tests will bring new circumstances for the staff to show their excellence.

Dr..chase Baxter is a wonderful Doctor . He ordered me a chamber for my inhalers . He took the time to explain the reasoning behind it . He also ordered some more tests . In which I was happy to receive . Dr. Chase Baxter also seemed to be very excepting of the fact that the man I arrived with ; was indeed my life partner .

I can not think of anything different ; that there could have been improvement .
