Dr Battung was so knowledgeable and accomodating. It was my initial visit and I feel confident that I will be well taken care of. The front desk Laurie was so helpful and kind. I already suggested the clinic to an acquaintance . Thank you!

The doctor really listened and seemed to accept the research that I had done on my condition. I really felt that that was important to me, that he was partnering with me to come up with solutions in the future. I really appreciate this doctor.

On time with little wait, provider took the time to discuss my sleep progress and any issues I had. Discussed my sleep pattern, quality of sleep, ordered a new CPAP due to it's age and number of hours used. Very satisfied with his attention and communicative skills.

He was very fast. Not sure how much he really knew about me. Looked at the info from online and I passed so he doesn't want to see me again for a year. Not as thorough as Theresa Ineck was. Miss her thoroughness.

Dr Battung had clearly reviewed the records of my last sleep study and those from my Bi-PAP machine. Having been diagnosed with sleep apnea over 2 decades ago, I have seen multiple sleep doctors. I am quite happy that Dr Battung will be my new doctor as he had read everything prior to seeing me and then asked what I consider the right questions. His engaging personality was an added bonus and I am very happy that he is now my new doctor as I recently moved to Reno.

The young man at the front desk who checked me in was very kind and helpful. I was late to my initial appointment because I got lost and was in the wrong facility. He tried to get me in same day, but was unable to, but was able to get me an appointment the same week. Very grateful for the care team and providers at this facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Battung is an excellent doctor with excellent bedside manner and shows care for his patients and a level of knowledge that is expert in his field, sleep studies I suppose is what it is. For as far as improvements, we would love to have a full service facility up in Fernley. And you can place it between Fallon and Fernley so you'll draw from both of those populations. And that should justify a full service facility up in the northeastern part of Nevada. And we desperately need this. So please consider. And there's a lot of development and building and expected growth in this area. A lot of building of multifamily homes, single family homes. There's major infrastructure projects going on. So if we're not, if Fernley is not on your radar,

The guy at the front desk was one of the best I’ve seen at greeting patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Battung did a fabulous job answering all my questions. I never felt rushed. And, because he knew I needed a CPAP to help me recover from a rapidly approaching open heart surgery date, he went the extra mile to get the CPAP ordered while I was still with the doctor. He also gave me a key contact person for the medical equipment company who helped get my CPAP request processed quickly.

Dr. Battung is very nice and super knowledgeable about sleep disorders. I felt that he listened to me and took the time needed. The front desk staff (sorry, don't remember names) were very friendly and efficient.
