Dr.Battjes is always very caring and personal. She actually knows who I am where as I have had other doctors for years and they haven't got a clue who I am. She always takes the time to listen and give suggestions and advice where needed.

I needed to speak with Doctor Battjes as I had a very stressful personal problem as well as seeing her for my hands, and I needed a friend. She did not dismiss me and spent time listening to me which was very helpful. Doctor Battjes is a very nice person.
