Due to the nature of the office visit and current health concerns - her office called the next to see how I was doing. She also expressed her concerns by texting me to check on me.

Tyler was great and took extensive notes as I was able to read in the 'My Chart' app. She was very personable, highly knowledgeable, and quick to set up a game plan for getting control of my blood pressure.

Tyler was very nice. She listened to everything I was telling her about my medical history in detail. Was very easy to talk to . Very eager to accommodate me with anything I may need for medications or seeing other physicians I may need.

I haven’t been to the doctor in 5 years because of bad experiences and Dr Bates and the staff was welcoming and kind and makes me want to return to annual checkups after my visit.
