I think the front office will improve, but I experienced no greeting, no smiles, and that might be due to newness on the job, but there needs to be some counseling to make the initial experience more pleasing.

Dr. Olson appears to be a very good Physician, it’s getting past the phone system and past the front door. The Front desk of Dr. Olson is great,, its just that first encounter at the building that really needs additional help.
