The check in did not check me in for an hour past my time of my appointment, then the Dr was an hour later coming in to see me, stating I checked in an hour late!!!!!
I will be looking elsewhere for another Dr

The appointment expectations were not met. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Physicians were rushing through the appointment and not thoroughly addressing my concerns.

The front desk person and both providers I seen was great.
The CMA or tech that worked me up wasn't the most friendliest. She could've been having a bad day so I'm able to extend grace but when people are coming to clinics like such for the first time, a warm welcoming person would make the experience greater.

The staff were helpful but the doctor was not. She did not answer the questions or concerns we still have. For the time and money spent for this visit I feel it was a complete waste.

Dr. A was very nice. Also very professional, knowledgeable and patient. The dietitian was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The parking was easy.

Visit was great but took over 10 months to get an appointment, even though I had a severe problem. Really think patient’s condition should have been considered, this was not a routine visit.

My face-to-face interaction with Dr. Abduhali was beyond pathetic! If she was the last endocrinologist on the face of the earth, I would NEVER 👎🏻 visit her practice again in life! Neither would I EVER recommend a friend or family member to utilize her as a specialist!
Her conduct on 4/29/24 was unconscionable! And, TOTALLY uncalled for!

Every person that provided care did so with abundant kindness and efficiency. Dr A listened and was flexible in seeing me when I got the time of my appointment wrong. From the Lab worker to the radiology worker to the receptionist all were competent and obviously care and love what they do.

My impression on my first visit was highly favorable but hesitate recommending it before more visits. The staff were very nice and sensitive to my lifelong struggle with weight management.

Everyone is always very helpful and nice. I leave the doctor and go straight to the lab and they already have my lab request in. Very easy to navigate.
