Cody Bilderback has been great to work with on my journey to improve my health. She is very engaged and knowledgeable.

The staff were all very helpful, friendly, polite and professional. Cody made me feel comfortable discussing my medical issues. She explained everything to me fully. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and care I received.

This was my first visit with Cody, and she exceeded my expectations. She was friendly, listened well, explained treatment options, and gave me a print out of directions to follow after my visit. I would recommend her to others.

Cody was exceptional in her friendliness, communication skills, knowledge and going above and beyond putting in writing my over the counter items to buy through Amazon, saving me uncertainty as to ability to get the correct items necessary.. I was very impressed with her. Cody was the best PA I have ever seen..

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Nurse Practitioner Cody is an asset to the GI group. She truly listened to and patiently addressed my questions and concerns. In fact, It was her order for scans that led to the diagnosis of diverticulitis after months of discomfort. I’m always happy to see NP Cody when I visit the GI unit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Tough to top this visit. The staff was SO kind, patient and caring that it was truly one of the best Dr visits I can remember.
