15 years with Dr. Barton as my doctor. Always the best in care, attitude and knowledge. In the past spent all the time needed making me feel important as a patient. Under new guidelines you have for time with a patient much of that gracious exhibit of concern may be lost, making the patient feel like one in a herd of cattle.

This is a new journey for me, and I am very appreciative of the coordination I’m seeing between my primary caregiver and my oncologist, their obvious involvement in seeing progress and taking care of the needs that come up one step at a time.

I appreciate the focus on Geriatrics at this location and the time spent to make sure you understand your conditions and the treatment options. I hope it continues it's current focus as the care here is better than at a multi-practice clinic.

I met Dr Barton for the first time. She was very thorough in going through my medical history and was very involved in making sure we are on the right course to keep me healthy. I felt very comfortable talking to her.

My original appointment was for 8/10. Last week I received a message on My Chart & was told the appointment was changed to 8/11 at 3:05. Would have been nice if someone had called instead of deciding the date & time on their own. I arrived at 3:00 to be on time for my appointment. Upon arrival I was told my appointment time was actually 3:30. No thanks for deciding my time isn't important & I should wait around for 25 minutes.

I had been a patient of my PCP for 20+ years so I was apprehensive about finding a new doctor. Dr Barton was wonderful. She has a perfect “bedside” so to speak. I was very comfortable with her and she spent the time to get to know me. I am looking forward to my visit next month. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Barton is excellent! I'm not thrilled however with the new Kaiser Permanente 20 minute visits. While I am in good health and don't really need a longer visit I feel for the people who do and the poor doctors having to rush through visits for the sake of the federal dollar.

excellent. i was surprised/kaiser in Santa Clara in 60/70’s had a steep learning curve- Hayward too. was glad to have a steady family dr when we moved to Reno 1985. glad our family did not need any specialized medicine or we would have moved as it was a slim pool of medical care back then

The new shorter appointment times was a surprise and hard to meet. We had several things to discuss and I apologized for talking too much! Also, my appointment time had changed from what I made on My Chart. I waited well over an hour. I will double check next time. Thank you!!

Dr. Barton is the best dr for me that I’ve ever had. Kind, compassionate, so knowledgeable, so receptive to my ideas,so intuitive. I always walk out of that office feeling so empowered to tackle my situation, feeling hopeful and upbeat. Please keep her!

The facility is beautiful. The receptionist and the nurse were courteous and professional. I love Dr. Barton: she is sharp, compassionate, very professional and pleasant to deal with.
