Emily is amazing. She cares , listens, and understand the patients needs. She makes you feel comfortable when talking to her because you can see and feel that she really cares about what your concerns are and makes sure before you leave that everything has been fulfilled.

Emily volunteered to rectify a mistaken billing issue as soon as I mentioned it. She is also very efficient and good at her profession. Emily is very pleasant to deal with. She listens carefully and gives her patients her full attention.

Emily Barden is very kind and understanding. She seems to be very knowledgeable in her field. She takes her time to explain the test results and offer guidance.. Her explanations of everything have been very thorough. She always allows for questions and doesn’t rush you. She totally understands what you are going through and I feel like I can trust what she tells me to expect. She doesn’t push for you to buy the most expensive hearing aids. She suggested that I try the mid level first to see if they worked well for me. There is always the option to change to the higher priced ones during the trial period if the others don’t fit my needs. It is still early in my journey, but so far I am very pleased.
