Emily Barden, AUD is the best. She’s kind, respectful, supportive, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, explains everything extremely well. I also really like the way she stays current in her field. She clearly places the hearing health of her patients as her priority. She really is outstanding! I totally trust her and love my hearing aides and the priceless gift and ability to hear things that I cannot hear without them!

Emily acts in a professional manner and it is clear to me that she loves her job. She is very friendly and I feel that she shows an interest in me as a patient. She listens patiently to all that I have to say and works hard to correct any issues I am having. When I read her care notes and summary after the visit and they are very accurate and indicate to me that she was really listening to what I say. If the notes say that she explained something to me or did patient teaching, you can be sure that. I am very happy with Emily.

Emily is amazing. She cares , listens, and understand the patients needs. She makes you feel comfortable when talking to her because you can see and feel that she really cares about what your concerns are and makes sure before you leave that everything has been fulfilled.

Emily volunteered to rectify a mistaken billing issue as soon as I mentioned it. She is also very efficient and good at her profession. Emily is very pleasant to deal with. She listens carefully and gives her patients her full attention.
