I am a senior citizen and I think this may be maybe the second time in my life that a doctor apologize for being just a little bit late to the appointment. It wasn’t really very long at all. I have even been kept in examination rooms for close to an hour or more! It was refreshing to hear and “I’m sorry. I was a little late.”

There is a “culture” of customer service at St.Lukes plaza location. When I say culture I mean every person I saw provided great customer service. Thank you!
