The friendly staff. I appreciate the effort that is made to help patients find a same day appointment when they are sick. The medical team is professional and knowledgeable. I also like the spacious waiting room allowing patients to speak out so that germs are not shared

Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors are outstanding. The wait time is minimal and the visit is not rushed. Barbara Austin takes the time to listen to the patient and answers any questions I may have. If you are looking for a primary care manager, this is the place to go!

I am very happy with my Baptist care team and the amazing care they provide. I was concerned that when I transitioned from private insurance to a Medicare Advantage plan that I would have to start all over with a new care team. I am so glad that all of my team is in the network of the United Healthcare plan I selected. It is the primary reason why I chose that plan over all others.

I feel very fortunate to have found the Baptist Black Creek office. I love everyone. From the front desk when I enter until leaving, I find warm friendly people. I love the way I am treated and Barbara Austin is the PA I see, and she is so caring and stays on top of everything, so I don't have to worry. As an older female, I find it comforting to be associated with this office and these people.

You go out of your way to help the patient. The front desk personnel are very well trained to handle any questions and appointments. It seems that everybody working there knows their job and handles it very professionally. It's a very quiet office which is nice.

This office from the office staff to all the physicians, PA’s and medical staff are very professional, caring, and I would recommend this office to anyone and actually have. My husband and I both have physicians here and are very pleased with our care.
