This was our first visit with B Austin, nurse practitioner. She was kind, thorough and patient as she went through my daughter’s complicated medical history. She took her time to listen and research to be certain in her recommendations on moving forward to alleviate symptoms. Highly recommend!

Have been longtime patient of Baptist Primary Care and have never had any issues with services.. I used the internal app. “My Chart”” to communicate questions I may have and will receive an answer the same day. Also “My Chart” maintains your medical history which is important when you have to reference meds- dates of appointments - dates of illness & surgeries when having to fill out other forms from other offices that are not in the Baptist network. Great tool.. would like to thank Barbara Austin @ Black Creek location for being a great physician-

I love Barbara Austin and Dr [last name] and all of the staff at Baptist Black creek. I love the way they take good care of me which is why I travel 30 minutes to get to their office. The staff are warm, friendly, helpful and just so pleasant. Many times it is not even me they are going out of their way to help, I am just lucky enough to witness it. I will always recommend anyone to go to this office for the best care possible.
