The Baptist system needs to evaluate the Black Creek office to emulate it. Welcoming atmosphere. Everyone warm, friendly and helpful. The day I was in the staff was excited about throwing a birthday party for one of their patients turning 100 years old that day. They coordinated with the patients family. I can only rave about every aspect of this office.

Barbara Austin is just phenomenal! I know the office has a rule that you need to see a physician once a year, but they are harder to get an appointment with and I would personally rather see Barbara. I know she would consult a physician, if needed, with any problem. I appreciate her knowledge and care so much!
