Erica Baines is very upbeat and personable. She does a great job of explaining and giving information. She gives you the feeling she's very interested in you and your not just being rushed through.

I felt dismissed my Erica. Listening and giving good suggestions instead of acting as though everyone has it. Each person experiences things differently.
