What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt dismissed my Erica. Listening and giving good suggestions instead of acting as though everyone has it. Each person experiences things differently.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This is a much needed practice for women. Everyone in the office made me feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. All concerns were treated and answered well and not treated like everything was repeated over and over again. Answers were felt like it was just for me.

I am satisfied with the excellent care.

Everyone at the office is very kind and communicative. Everything was explained well. I thought my voice was heard and my questions answered.

Erica listened to and addressed all of my concerns and went above and beyond what I expected, helping me address concerns and also do preventative healthcare based on my family history.

Although I only see Erica once per year, she walked in totally prepared, knowing all my history and needs. She is an excellent provider.
