Catherine Banes is a wonderful provider, and my experience has been very good so far. (I've only met with her once). I have confidence in her abilities and in her knowledge. She offered me advice that I wasn't aware of before such as suggesting strength training. She explained that this releases insulin, which could help with my prediabetes. No one has ever told me this, and I found it to be informative and helpful. She was attentive, and she listened to my questions. The answers she provided were useful. When she learned that one of the labs she had ordered was not done, she wanted to find out why. I expressed my frustration about it. She offered to contact that location to facilitate and ensure that it would be done correctly for my next visit because it is an important lab. I found this to be particularly useful, due to my rural location and challenges in getting labs done.
