I enjoyed meeting Catherine Banes. Very interested in my health and what I am doing and made suggestions that I will try.

This was the first appointment with Catherine. She was very good. Covered a lot of subjects no one spoke with me about before. Promised to followup with me and did. Hope she stays around.
