Dr. Ban as usual was wonderful. He listens and discusses with you concerns you have, as well as plans for addressing said concerns. I have enjoyed having him as my PCP these last 30 years

Dr.Ban, as always, listened to my concerns and addressed those that required attention. He put my mind at ease about other issues I brought up, which were normal and nothing to worry about. But rather than merely advising not to worry, he explained why. I appreciated these thorough explanations.
