Absolutely phenomenal experience again! Dr Ballard always listens and helps me. Her MA was very efficient and nice.

We love Dr Ballard and since we only see her every 6 months for our regular visit, she always a lot of time with us and answers all our questions.

Dr Ballard took time and was actively listening to me. She looked me directly in the eye and was really there. Just lost my husband and she was very comforting

Dr Ballard and her team listens and answers any questions that I have. She responds to MyChart inquiries promptly. They are thorough, pleasant and on time. Could not have had a better experience.

Dr. Ballard is caring and compassionate and listens to what I have to say. Did not have to wait long to be seen and she gives you her full attention. Very professional.

Dr. Ballard is so warm and attentive. I wasn't rushed, she answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns without judgement. My nurse was great as well.

I changed primary care doctors this year. Very happy with Dr. Ballard and the staff as well. So friendly and I felt like they were glad to see me and listen to my concerns as well.
So glad that Dr. Ballard is my primary doctor.

Dr Ballard takes the time to really listen to my health concerns and thoroughly explain options. I appreciate that she ALWAYS comments on my lab results, even those tests with “normal” results. She is an excellent doctor.

I love having Dr. Ballard as my PCP. She is very personable and warm while remaining professional. She listens to my concerns. She answers my questions on MyChart very quickly.

The nurse was so very friendly and so nice. She made me feel very relaxed. Very courteous!! Dr Ballard is also so kind and pleasant to speak to. She takes her time with me. So appreciate that!!

All of the staff were very friendly and good listeners, Dr. Ballard responded with my test results the next day , so they are very efficient, friendly and caring, am glad Dr. Ballard is my doctor and would recommend her and her staff to others

Dr Ballard is the best primary doctor I’ve ever had. Very attentive and truly listens and cares for you. Very genuine. Takes all the time you need and is willing to listen.

Dr. Ballard is very patient with my Mom. My Mom can be prickly and non-compliant. Dr. Ballard listens to every story and every complaint.
