From the sign in at the front desk to the actual visit with Dr Ballard .. I was treated with kindness, courtesy, and the feeling that all had an interest and concern for my well being…which is wonderful, when people are there because of not feeling well

Both Dr Alissa Ballard and her Medical Assistant have always been exemplary in patient service and care. Dr Ballard has gone way beyond in her support of a wound on my leg, and addressing my concerns doe to possible complications.

Dr. Ballard is unlike any Dr I have visited. She makes you feel very comfortable. I had NO raise in blood pressure, called "white coat syndrome " due to her and nurses demeanor.
