Dr Ballard is always extraordinary!!!!! She’s very friendly n easy to talk to. She takes her time with you during your visit.

Dr Alissa Ballard was awesome, she listened to what I had to say and took the time needed. She explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend her.

This was my first appointment with Doctor Ballard. I was looking for a new doctor to help me take care of my long term medical issues. Her listening to my problems and helping me figure out what the plan should be was amazing.

The staff were exceptional. Welcoming and highly professional. I admire doctor Ballard's listening skills. She listened everything what I had to say. Overall it was a great experience.

Doctor Ballard really showed professionalism and took the time to listen to my concerns. She seems to have better knowledge and insight than previous doctors I’ve seen along with excellent bedside manner, allowing me to feel more open and comfortable to explain my medical concerns and ask questions. The after visit summary in MyChart was very detailed and helpful too. I am very grateful for my decision to switch to Doctor Ballard as my new Primary Care Doctor.

Staff and Dr Ballard provide me excellent care and professionalism. I feel so at ease with them and feel like they are my core front line team in my health journey. I’d be lost without them.

I’ve really nothing. The wait time is always reasonable-the visits are as long as they need to be and still not feel rushed.

The nurse was very friendly and fun to talk to. Dr Ballard listens very well and is very informative, she remembered my goals and objectives and is helpful in recognizing were I am for accomplishing them.
