The nurse was very friendly and fun to talk to. Dr Ballard listens very well and is very informative, she remembered my goals and objectives and is helpful in recognizing were I am for accomplishing them.

Dr. Ballard and her nurse work very well as a team. I felt very welcomed and comfortable during the entire appointment. They both listened to my concerns and I feel I received the best care.

I would like to recognize the staff and Dr. Ballard. I felt welcome, and everyone was kind and courteous. Excellent customer service/patient.

As always, Dr Ballard and her nurse knocked it out of the park. I'm 69 yrs old and I never had this level of expertise in healthcare. Dr Ballard always promptly answers my online requests also.

New patient of Dr Ballard's. Very pleased with the time Dr Ballard gave me. I felt very at-ease discussing my medical concerns. Would recommend her to friends and family for sure.

The nurse had great bedside manner! I felt like she really made an effort to get to know me as a person and make sure I was comfortable. And Alissa is always wonderful, she’s my favorite doctor.
