Dr. Ballard is so warm and attentive. I wasn't rushed, she answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns without judgement. My nurse was great as well.

I changed primary care doctors this year. Very happy with Dr. Ballard and the staff as well. So friendly and I felt like they were glad to see me and listen to my concerns as well.
So glad that Dr. Ballard is my primary doctor.

Dr Ballard takes the time to really listen to my health concerns and thoroughly explain options. I appreciate that she ALWAYS comments on my lab results, even those tests with “normal” results. She is an excellent doctor.

I love having Dr. Ballard as my PCP. She is very personable and warm while remaining professional. She listens to my concerns. She answers my questions on MyChart very quickly.

The nurse was so very friendly and so nice. She made me feel very relaxed. Very courteous!! Dr Ballard is also so kind and pleasant to speak to. She takes her time with me. So appreciate that!!

All of the staff were very friendly and good listeners, Dr. Ballard responded with my test results the next day , so they are very efficient, friendly and caring, am glad Dr. Ballard is my doctor and would recommend her and her staff to others

Dr Ballard is the best primary doctor I’ve ever had. Very attentive and truly listens and cares for you. Very genuine. Takes all the time you need and is willing to listen.

Both Dr Ballard and staff continually prove to go above and beyond, not only in their respective jobs, but as caring people who are truly interested in me, and wanting to help in any way possible- always being kind, and with a smile..

This was my first appointment with Doctor Ballard. I was looking for a new doctor to help me take care of my long term medical issues. Her listening to my problems and helping me figure out what the plan should be was amazing.
