I'm relatively new to the practice and Dr. Ballard spent a lot of time getting to know my issues and problems. Better than most MDs.

Dr. Bollard and her staff were amazing. The appointment time was prompt with little to no waiting in the waiting area or for the doctor to come into the exam room. Dr. Bollard took extra care listening to me and addressing each topic I brought up with care and compassion. I will highly recommend her and her team to everyone.

My son has special needs, and Dr. Ballard is always incredibly patient with him. She gives him the time he needs to express himself and never rushes him. She truly listens to what he has to say and explains things in a way that helps him understand his care plan. She even laughs at his corny jokes, which means so much to him. Dr. Ballard is a true gem, and I am deeply grateful to have her as part of his healthcare team.

I truly love Dr. Ballard. She's amazing. She listens to everything. She's a very kind to heart and soul. I just appreciate that she listens and she's just great. Probably the best doctor I've had in 20 years. Thank you so much.

Dr. Ballard is so warm and attentive. I wasn't rushed, she answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns without judgement. My nurse was great as well.

I changed primary care doctors this year. Very happy with Dr. Ballard and the staff as well. So friendly and I felt like they were glad to see me and listen to my concerns as well.
So glad that Dr. Ballard is my primary doctor.
