New patient of Dr Ballard's. Very pleased with the time Dr Ballard gave me. I felt very at-ease discussing my medical concerns. Would recommend her to friends and family for sure.

Each person I encountered treated me with courtesy and respect. Dr. Ballard takes time to review everything, answer my questions and responds to messages.

The nurse had great bedside manner! I felt like she really made an effort to get to know me as a person and make sure I was comfortable. And Alissa is always wonderful, she’s my favorite doctor.

Dr. Ballard and her nurse are very professional and cordial. They didn’t seem rushed and I felt they took all the time necessary to truly understand my symptoms. Dr Ballard discussed diagnosis and treatment options with me and made sure that I was totally comfortable with the treatment plan.

Dr Ballard is very thorough and listened to my concerns. She allowed me to be involved in making health decisions and treatment. As a nurse I greatly appreciated feeling heard. She understood my goals and how I wanted to proceed in my care.

Dr Ballard and my attending nurse are absolutely “Top Notch “. They show genuine care with my questions and concerns. So glad I chose Dr. Ballard after my doctor retired. The entire staff that I interacted with from check-in to lab should be recognized for their work ethic. Sold on the BJC network !
