Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The MA was very pleasant , and knowledgeable and the Dr was also very pleasant informative in every question I asked and such Avery pleasant attitude from start to finish. I am a new patient and was very impressed with the way she presented herself.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Ball gave me all the attention I could ask for. She took a great deal of time listening to my concerns and worked with me to feel comfortable with a plan to treat these concerns.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
As my primary care Physician she could ask some personal questions to show she knows a little about my work and home life, which may affect my physical concerns.

I love Dr Ball. She follows the research. She explains explains the research that she bases her decisions on. She never makes me feel rushed.

Dr. Ball has always been very kind and takes time to listen and understand what’s been going on with you. I think she does a really nice job of considering ideas that are not typical. She always makes me feel like she’s in my corner.

I felt that Dr ball was very personable. My appointment with her made me feel like I had known her forever. She listens to you and that's very important to me.

Excellent Care from Dr.Ball. She is very through, and her computer skills are Fast. All staff are Courteous and Kind. Dr Ball retains her staff.

My doctor, Dr. Ball she listen to me while I was explaining my symptoms she didn’t cut me off. She let me finish and even if I forgot to ask her about something.

Being closer to on time - especially for an early morning appointment. I understand this is hard to control, but when the appointment is at 8:15, how can it be 30 minutes late already?

Dr. Ball is the very best PCP I have ever had, and I have had many since I’ve lived in 7 states. She is very thorough with making sure we have talked about any concerns I have. She listens carefully and explains everything really well. The rest of the staff are also great.

ALL of the Staff I interacted with @ Dr. Leigh Rose Ball’s medical practice are professional and friendly and helpful. Especially Dr. Ball !!! She’s the BEST PCP I’ve ever had over the years.

I am glad I chose Dr. Ball as my new PCP, she is an excellent listener and very empathetic and sympathetic to what my issues are, I really feel comfortable and trust her with my care.
