What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Ball is a good doctor who listens to you and it doesn't feel rushed. I've had doctors who listen to you and it feels like they have a hand on the door knob waiting to get out of the room. She explains issues well and is not judgy.

Both Dr. Ross and her assistant were very helpful. Made me feel safe, heard, and seen. They both took the time to explain things to me and held my hand when I needed it. Dr. Ross is one of the gentlest and most patient doctors I have ever had.

I was in and out and had a good discussion about my health with my provider and everything I was looking to do was done and I got all my medications redid so I was all in all happy

I was definitely impressed with Dr. Ball. She's very friendly. She's very thorough in explaining and going through your record. And I would definitely recommend her to my family. And I'm so, so very happy that I have her as a doctor. She's a very good doctor. That's all I have to say. Thank you.

The only complaint I have is once I go there, the wait to be seen took over 20 minutes. I was one of the first appointments, if they are already running late I can't imagine what the afternoon would be like.

Going to the doctor is never fun, but I cannot think of anything that could’ve made my visit better. EVERYONE was so friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Dr Ball is THE BEST! I’ve never felt so seen / heard by a doctor before. She is a great listener and a wealth of knowledge. It’s obvious she loves her job and genuinely cares about the health of her patients. Overall, it was a very positive experience. :)

I love Dr. Ball as a PCP. She's amazing, friendly, and always greets me with a smile. Everyone at CMG is always very welcoming.
