The Dr always takes the time to listen to and explain any concerns about my health. I make sure to write down any concerns when I come in and the Dr. explains all of them if necessary , whether it be for aches, pains or drugs. She has has looked at my file before she sees me. I am 100% confident in the care I receive.

I think she should have done a swab to check for strep or maybe glue

Always an excellent and fully satisfied experience. I actually look forward to all my appointments and interactions with the office staff the nurses and other support staff before I see the doctor who is absolutely wonderful and I appreciate the expert and friendly care every time!!!

Can improve on the time it takes from when the nurse has finish to meeting with the patient. Other patients could be taking longer than expected but communicating that would improve the experience

Dr. Balaraman and all the support staff know me by name and listen carefully at each visit. They are competent, efficient, compassionate and friendly. Even though this was a sick visit, I never leave that office with concerns other than recuperating. I always feel "heard" and with the knowledge that I can reach out to them via MYCHART or through a call.
