I will not be seeing this provider in the future. I was treated as though I was blowing off something very serious and made me question myself. The behavior of the provider caused me to be concerned, even though I was confident there was no emergency. I got tests that proved that was no the case, and ended with no resolution to my original concern. I was very disappointed because this is not the way I have been treated by anyone from this practice in the past.

Suzy Ann shows care and concern on follow-up for my medical issues. She responds compassionately such as recently, when I had blood work done, and she wrote a response in MyChart, which was VERY helpful.
